Lemlunay Resort, located at Tinoto (somewhere in Maasim, Saranggani Province), gives you such great satisfaction- A paradise as what the name translates. Surely, one of the place to release stress from a busy urban life.
As the Home of SouthPoint Divers, it offers diving activities for professionals and amateurs. There are staff conducting diving lessons for beginners, as well. Lemlunay dive resort is one of the gateway through the famous Tinoto Wall, wherein a variety of corals cling on it, not to mention, the different kinds of see creatures living in them. The Tinoto Wall could go as deep as..... infinity?...
There are also other amenities being offered at the resort. The food are mainly Filipino and Tropical....The taste? It's deliciously BETTER than the BEST. There are the CASCO BAR for the big guys and the BILLIARD HALL. Now, they are on the finishing touches for their playground. They have Mediterranean rooms for you to spend the night or even three or more days...
And...Where else can you find an infinity pool in SOCSARGEN? It's only in Lemlunay Dive Resort. So, after being awed in scuba diving, you can then take a refreshing plunge in their pool...Or eat your meal along the side.. Or chitchat while looking at the beauty of the wide open Saranggani Bay.
It's not difficult to get to Lemlunay Dive Resort. The place is just along the Saranggani Highway, about 30- 45 minute ride from General Santos City.

i think they do hold wedding receptions... Lemlunay has a bigger pavillion for occasions which requires a number of guests.

We have 3 types of rooms available:
-Poolside rooms have 2 queen sized beds. These are 3000 per night, good for 4 people and maximum* of 6 people.
-Oceanview have 2 double beds. These are 2500 per night good for 4 people and maximum* of 6 people.
-Gardenview rooms have one double bed. These are 1200 per night and good for 2 persons only.
All are air conditioned, with hot and cold shower and come with breakfast for 2.
*We do charge 200 pesos for each extra person (mattress).
We do collect 100 pesos at the gate but this is fully consumable at the pool, restaurant, dive shop or room accommodation.
We have a full restaurant open from 6 in the morning until 9 at night. Because of this, we do not allow outside food and drinks to be brought in.
Pool fee is 100 per person. This fee is waived for checked in guests. You must however wear proper swimming attire:
-This is swimming trunks for men and bathing suits for ladies.
-We do allow rash guards and board shorts for both men and women also.
We offer trial dives at 1500 per person. For certified divers, we charge 800pesos for one or two divers and 600pesos each for 3 licensed divers. This includes tank, weights, boat and guide. Night dive for licensed diver is 950. Diving Gear rental is an additional 550 per day.
We also offer sailing on our 16 foot Hobie Cat Getaway which can take a maximum of 6 people out at time for 1500 pesos for every 30 minutes.
We have a Van which could assist you with the transportation:
- Airport to Resort for 800 pesos per way.
- General Santos City to the Resort for 1,200 pesos per way.
In addition, we have a conference room for 500 pesos for 8 hours then 100 pesos for each additional hour, this same rate is charged for the use of the projector.
